Let the Hillary Clinton “Flip-Flopping” begin!

Thursday, October 26th, 2006

This election isn’t over yet, and technically, the campaigning for the Presidential election hasn’t even begun yet, but Hillary is already beginning to “flip-flop” on the issues. This time it’s Gay Marriage. Yes, she indeed knows how to use the subtle nuance that got Bubba out of so many tight spots, but that doesn’t change the facts. She was against Gay Marriage, and now she’s for it.

In an appearance early Wednesday evening in front of roughly three-dozen LGBT leaders, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton indicated that she would not oppose efforts by Eliot Spitzer, the odds-on favorite to become the new governor, to enact a same-sex marriage law in New York.

She also suggested that language she used when she first ran for the Senate in 2000 explaining her opposition to marriage equality based on the institution’s moral, religious, and traditional foundations had not reflected the “many long conversations” she’s had since with “friends” and others, and that her advocacy on LGBT issues “has certainly evolved.”

Spencer bashes “hideous” Hillary Clinton.

Monday, October 23rd, 2006

Whaaaaaa…..? Hold on a moment. That’s some serious mud there Mr. Spencer. Funny mud, true, but it’s pretty dirty. It did make us laugh though.

“You ever see a picture of her back then? Whew,” said John Spencer of Clinton’s younger days.

“I don’t know why Bill married her,” he said of the Clintons, who celebrated their 31st anniversary this month.

Noting Hillary Clinton looks much different now, he chalked it up to “millions of dollars” of “work” - plastic surgery.

“She looks good now,” he said.

We’re not sure this is going to close the 40 or so point gap that John Spencer trails by, but it does make for some interesting speculation. Did Hillary have plastic surgery? If so, when? Did she have facial reconstruction while she was First Lady? If she did, then why didn’t the media report on it? All of these are just questions right now. We have have no answers. Hopefully, somebody in the media will look into it.

How shrewd are Hillary’s people?

Tuesday, October 17th, 2006

“Get out in front of it.” That’s what candidate’s handlers are always saying when a negative story is about to break. Here’s an example of being waaaaaaaayyyyy out in front of it; trying to explain away a decades old lie by passing it off as a quaint family story. Wow! Did they forget that even Bubba backed the lie in his autobiography? It’s never to early to prepare for 2008, is it Hillary?

For more than a decade, one piece of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s informal biography has been that she was named for Sir Edmund Hillary, the conqueror of Mount Everest…

But yesterday, Mrs. Clinton’s campaign said she was not named for Sir Edmund after all.

“It was a sweet family story her mother shared to inspire greatness in her daughter, to great results I might add,” said Jennifer Hanley, a spokeswoman for the campaign…

But one big hole has been poked in the story over the years, both in cyberspace and elsewhere: Sir Edmund became famous only after climbing Everest in 1953. Mrs. Clinton, as it happens, was born in 1947.

Hillary Clinton wears a cross?

Tuesday, October 17th, 2006

Are you kidding us? Of all the low down underhanded political ploys that she is capable of, this is right down there. Is anyone in their right mind going to say that this is not a shameful ploy to appeal for votes in 2008 from the truly faithful? Shame on you Hillary!

I’m not sure when this started, but a crucifix cross* appears to have become a regular part of Hillary Clinton’s wardrobe.

She wore a gold one July 20, for a speech criticizing advertising directed at children. No picture available.) And she wore the diamond-studded one pictured above to the News last week. A Google Images search doesn’t seem to turn up any others, though whenever you think you’ve noticed something new about Clinton, her aides usually produce rock-solid evidence that it has always been thus…

Is it, perhaps, a sign that her faith may be a bit more in the foreground as 2008 approaches?

Um Hillary, what are you going to do with all that money?

Saturday, October 14th, 2006

Let’s see, there’s about 3 weeks till the election, she has about a 30 point lead in the polls, and oh yeah, she has $15.8 million laying around. Hookers and beer for Bubba? Nope, we didn’t think so either. Oh, and by the way, she’s not running for President.

Sen. Hillary Clinton isn’t exactly cash-starved as she heads into the closing days of her race against her GOP rival, former Yonkers Mayor John Spencer.
New York’s junior senator had about $15.8 million on hand at the end of September, according to campaign finance filings released yesterday, and early this month she donated more than $1 million to other Democratic campaign groups.

Hillary’s Hubby spouts more babble

Friday, October 13th, 2006

Remember this quote from Bubba:

The Democratic Party has become the liberal and conservative party in America. If you want to be fiscally conservative, you’ve got to be for us. If you want to conserve natural resources, you’ve got to be for us,” he said. “If you want a change of course in Iraq … you’ve got to be for us.

We have a feeling that somehow, someway, this same piece of nonsensical drivel will come out of her mouth when she is campaigning for the White House.

Hillary is a master of babble speak

Thursday, October 12th, 2006

What do we mean by this? Well, let’s look at a few quotes of hers about Iraq over the last 2 days shall we:

“I’d like to see them start listening to different voices who might have a couple of good ideas about what should be done over there,”

“What we’ve been doing is not working and we have maybe 60 to 90 days to try to put a different face on it and reverse it,”

“We have to deal with the Iraq we have, not the Iraq we wish we had. And the Iraq we have is a deteriorating, violent conflict that, if not technically a civil war, is about as close as you can get”

Has she offered any solutions? No. Just more doom and gloom armchair quarterbacking. Typical Defeatocrat.

Dick Morris now thinks Hillary WILL be President

Tuesday, October 3rd, 2006

May GOD help us all if he is correct. The election of Hillary Clinton would be the beginning of the end for the Republic as we know it.

Dick Morris predicts Hillary Clinton will be the next president. But, he is not happy about his prediction. He does not think she would make a good president.

“She’s as close to a European socialist as we have in the U.S.,” Morris said.

“Hillary is a liberal who’s a moderate when she has to be. Bill is a moderate who’s a liberal when he has to be,” Morris observed.
