Just Say No To Hillary Clinton

Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton said Sunday she might be willing to garnish the wages of workers who refuse to buy health insurance to achieve coverage for all Americans. The New York senator has criticized presidential rival Barack Obama for pushing a health plan that would not require universal coverage. Clinton has not always specified the enforcement measures she would embrace, but when pressed on ABC’s “This Week,” she said: “I think there are a number of mechanisms” that are possible, including “going after people’s wages, automatic enrollment.” AP Source

That is what Hillary and her Socialist regime have planned for the country. One way or another the Socialist rule of Hillary Clinton will have your money in the pockets of the state. If she can’t do it by raising your taxes to the breaking point, we’re sure this and many other creative ways will pop up. Just wait till she tries a Government takeover of the oil companies. Does any of this sound a bit like one of these guys?

In her first step towards Socializing the American health industry, and formulating a European style big bureaucratic nightmare, Hillary Clinton today proposed a $110 billion mandatory health insurance plan. That’s right, mandatory! You see Mommy believes that you don’t know any better. She also believes that the government should force you to pay for other people’s health insurance. How? By mandating that the insurance companies cover everybody, and that means higher premiums for the rest of us, so the companies can provide coverage to the indigents and illegals as well as the deserving. Oh, and she’s also planning on repealing the tax cuts. So if you happen to be fortunate enough to be making a decent living, be warned, you will soon be paying more taxes.
The best quote we saw on this came from the Giuliani campaign:

“If you liked Michael Moore’s ‘Sicko,’ you’re going to love HillaryCare 2.0,” said the Giuliani statement. “Senator Clinton’s latest health scheme includes more government mandates, expensive federal subsidies and more big bureaucracy — in short, a prescription for an increase in wait times, a decrease in patient care and tax hikes to pay for it all.”

You can read the liberal media’s take on it, and read how she tries to spin it all over at cnn.com if you like. But do not be fooled by the spin. This is the first step towards an out an out Socialized medicine that will destroy health care in this country forever!

Hillary is whining again that she is the victim of a Right wing conspiracy. Liar, liar, pants on fire

During a forum at the National Association of Black Journalists convention in Las Vegas, Clinton was asked why as a candidate for president she is “still insisting” on bringing “socialized medicine” to the United States, when people are “pulling away” from similar systems in Canada and Great Britain. Worse, the questioner said, such systems hurt rather than help poor people.

“That was a string of misrepresentations about me and about the systems in other countries,” Clinton started. “Number one, I have never advocated socialized medicine, and I hope all the journalists here heard that loudly and clearly because that has been a right-wing attack on me for 15 years.” Source

We beg to differ:

Hillary’s 1993 plan for managed competition would band employers and employees into huge cooperatives with the bargaining power to challenge the insurance industry. It would force doctors, hospitals, and insurers to form partnerships in order to compete in offering the highest-quality health care at the lowest cost. The new competitive health marketplace would be overseen by a National Health Board.

Martha Derthick of the University of Virginia wrote, on this page, of the plan produced by Hillary Clinton’s 500-person task force: “In many years of studying American social policy, I have never read an official document that seemed so suffused with coercion and political naivete . . . with its drastic prescriptions for controlling the conduct of state governments, employers, drug manufacturers, doctors, hospitals and you and me.” Source

Sounds like Socialized medicine to us Hillary. Just because Bubba is attempting to redefine history, that doesn’t mean you get to as well.

Judicial Watch has filed a lawsuit against The Clinton Library trying to obtain access to Hillary Clinton’s daily schedules from her White House days. Why is this news worthy? Because the Clintonistas have been less than forthcoming with the release of her actual activity while Bubba was in the Oval Office. We all know what he was doing, but what was she really up to?

udicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption announced today that it filed a lawsuit on July 16, 2007 in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration to obtain access to the following records from the Clinton Presidential Library: “First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton’s calendar, to include but not limited to her daily office diary, schedule, day planner, telephone log book, and chronological file.” The Archives, which operates and maintains Clinton Presidential Library records, failed to respond to Judicial Watch’s April 5, 2006 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

It seems that Hillary’s persistent spewing of dog doo doo has begun to have an affect on her. She’s gagging on all of that crap. The latest evidence came at the commencement ceremonies at Dillard University in New Orleans Saturday, May 19, 2007. Check out the video over at You Tube

Despite her statement that “We are ready to roll up our sleeves and work with our Republican counterparts. Our country works best when we govern from the vital, dynamic center”, Hillary is only masking her true Left side. Just look at the tag line to her statement this morning. “Health care is coming back,” Clinton warned, adding, “It may be a bad dream for some.” A bad dream? More like a Socialist fiscal big government debacle in the making, if you ask us.
